    <content type="html">I've decided to jump on the bandwagon &amp; start using a weightloss journal. I've had this one since I was 15 &amp; went through some problems with weight &amp; lack of eating.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All those entries have been deleted now though, &amp; I hope I don't go down that path again..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don't really have goals like I used to. I don't have a goal weight, I just want to feel comfortable &amp; happy with my weight. I guess I'd like to comfortably fit into an avg size 10 on bottom again (i'm usually a 12 now, or possibly a 10 with a squeeze). I'm not too worried about the size I am ontop, though I do need to work on toning my stomach and arms. Aswell as my thighs &amp; bum.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm going to have a research about exercise, pick up a few books, &amp; see where it goes from there. Just now I'm going to stick with what I know works: 100 sit ups per day and small weight lifting to help my arms.</content>
