I've decided to jump on the bandwagon & start using a weightloss journal. I've had this one since I was 15 & went through some problems with weight & lack of eating.

All those entries have been deleted now though, & I hope I don't go down that path again..

I don't really have goals like I used to. I don't have a goal weight, I just want to feel comfortable & happy with my weight. I guess I'd like to comfortably fit into an avg size 10 on bottom again (i'm usually a 12 now, or possibly a 10 with a squeeze). I'm not too worried about the size I am ontop, though I do need to work on toning my stomach and arms. Aswell as my thighs & bum.

I'm going to have a research about exercise, pick up a few books, & see where it goes from there. Just now I'm going to stick with what I know works: 100 sit ups per day and small weight lifting to help my arms.
